1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Site Manager AI (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Site Manager AI is an AI-powered mobile application that provides construction site management tools including:

• AI chat assistant for construction queries
• Document generation (risk assessments, method statements, etc.)
• Image analysis for site safety and compliance
• Project organisation and management

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Plan: Limited to 5 AI queries per day and 1 active project.
• Premium Plan: £9.99/month with unlimited access. Billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Lifetime Plan: One-time payment of £150 for permanent premium access.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage subscriptions through your device’s app store settings.

5. AI-Generated Content

Important: AI-generated documents, advice, and analysis are provided as guidance only. They should not be considered a substitute for professional advice from qualified construction, health & safety, or legal professionals.

• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before use.
• AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Generated documents should be reviewed by competent persons before implementation on site.
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

Documents and content you generate using the Service are yours. The Service itself, including its design, code, and AI models, remains our intellectual property.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract our AI models
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the Service
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent documents

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Site Manager AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular construction project or regulatory requirement.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
